Immerse yourself in the culinary art of the Southwest with an exclusive 1.5-hour masterclass led by the talented Thibault Guerin from MAISON GIZOLME. Discover all the secrets to crafting the perfect pâté en croûte, using exceptional regional ingredients such as pork and duck, enhanced by spirits from the Southwest.
